We can easily get really comfortable in our own little world. The scriptures remind us to have compassion on those around us. Compassion will disturb our comfort but, is most fulfilling.

So in our good times, and the bad times, never lose heart, everything happens in God's timing.

Religion says, change and you can join us.

Jesus says, join us and you will change.

There is a huge difference.

Jesus comes to you where you are, and is more than happy to start there.

Following Him begins by just taking the next step.

 Follow Series Part 1 - Jesus Says

Ever played the game “Simon Says”? Sadly many people live like and / or believe that Christianity is like a big game of “JESUS SAYS”.  When this is the case, people feel “In” or “Out” of God's love / favour depending on how well they feel they’re doing what “Jesus says”. Today we start our Follow series by looking at four liberating truths about Following Jesus.  

The Older Brother

The primary purpose of the church is to help broken people.

Familiarity is the biggest enemy of longevity, it opens doors to offence and entitlement.

Luke 15:25-32 is an example of how NOT to respond.

Christless Christianity

Life was not meant to be done without a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

It's not enough to just appear like a Christian, it's Christ in us that gives us the power to do life.

John 3:16

John 3:16, the greatest sacrifice made for humanity was that of God giving up His one and only son Jesus.

God gave for us so that we could live a free and abundant life.
